Description

Pink Fused Alumina is a superior synthetic corundum produced by melting high-purity alumina with chromium oxide in an electric arc furnace, followed by crushing and sizing.

Chrome Corundum boasts high hardness, great toughness, and ultra-high refractoriness. It delivers outstanding thermal shock resistance, oxidation resistance, and corrosion resistance against acid and alkali. With dense structure and stable physical properties, it hardly cracks or deforms under extremely high temperatures. Compared with regular white fused alumina, chrome corundum provides better grinding finish and longer service life.

Available in various particle sizes, our chrome corundum is widely processed into refractory aggregates, furnace parts, grinding wheels, polishing abrasives, and wear-resistant components. It is an ideal raw material for industrial kilns, heat treatment furnaces, precision machining, special ceramics, and refractory castables.
